Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment (CMP) or semiconductor-related products.
Experience in managing or supervising a small sales team, with good coordination and leadership skills.
Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
High initiative, strong analytical mindset, and a team-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to liaise with regional customers.
Understanding of Japanese language or culture will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Support and manage day-to-day sales operations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer networks within the semiconductor market.
Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and report progress to senior management.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, engineering, and customer service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits to enhance brand visibility.
Guide and support junior sales team members in developing technical and communication skills.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide feedback for business improvement.
